Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Laundry pickup and delivery area

Doorstep pickup and delivery are available within Varanasi city, Uttar Pradesh. You can also drop off and collect your clothes at our shop at Sundarpur Chauraha, Varanasi 221005. We do not deliver outside Varanasi.

2. Delivery timelines

• Pickup — scheduled for the slot confirmed with you on WhatsApp, usually the same day or the next day.
• Regular orders — usually delivered within 4 days of pickup.
• Heavy items such as blankets, quilts, curtains and some occasion wear — usually within 7 days.
• Urgent service, where available — faster delivery for an extra charge shown on your bill.

Your expected delivery date is sent to you on WhatsApp with your bill. If an order will take longer, we tell you the new date before it is due.

3. How delivery works

• Items are counted and tagged at pickup and listed on your bill.
• Our delivery staff bring your order to the address you gave us. Please check the items at delivery.
• If some items are ready before others, we may deliver part of the order first; the rest remain listed as pending until delivered.
• If no one is available at the address, we will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to arrange another time.

4. Delivery charges

Any pickup or delivery charge that applies to your order is shown on your bill before you pay. Service prices are listed in our rate list on the website.

5. Kwik Klin CRM — online delivery

The Kwik Klin CRM is software delivered online; nothing is shipped. Your account is available as soon as you sign up, and paid plans are activated immediately after successful payment. Access details are shown on screen after sign-up and login. WhatsApp and Google connections for your business are set up by our team, typically within 1–2 working days of your request.
